At 1st I was hesitant na sumama, 1st because naka-punta na q ng Anawangin Cove & I have diz thinking na "kapag napuntahan q na ung 1 place as much as possible ayoko na muna puntahan ulit" for me instead kasi na gastusin q ung pera q para dun sa place na napuntahan q na, I'd rather save it para sa ibng place na gz2 q pang puntahan... and ayoko din ma-patungan ng ibng memories ung memories q dun xa place & w/ the people na kasama q dun... (eh, ung 1st memories q pa nmn xa Anawangin was graduation /bday treat xkin ng brother dear q) 2nd was I wasn't sure if papayagan aq ng supervisor q 2 file another double off since ng-file na q ng double off 4 our Mt. Cristobal climb, xo for me if payagan aq ng visor edi good! if not ok lang din.
As the days goes by, unti-unti na q na-eexcite especially nung alam qng kumpleto na kami mag-babarkada TEAM TIWALA LANG! ^_^
We went shopping and I posted "things 2 bring" pa in our group page 2 help my barkada in packing their things since may idea na q qng anung dadatnan nmin xa island... another thing that excite me most eh nung nalaman qng mag-sswim suit silang lahat... hahaha... :D labet!!! (alam q kasing nde sila kasing arte q!)
The day that we've waiting for came... ang dami qng dala (puro swimsuit... para sure na mag-sswimsuit lahat incase merong walang dala) hahaha... :D ang dami qng bit-bit dahil pilit qng pinag-kakasya ang gamit q x maliit qng bag at pinanindigan ang nde pag-dadala xa aking mountaineering bag! O.o buti na lang I have my Bespren 2 carry my tripod! ^_^
27 in all... xa van plang xobwang gulo na (well, what should I expect!) and food trip 2 d max (mga takot magutom!!!) pero pinaka-natuwa aq xa candy na FRESH hahaha... love d quote xa back ng wrapper! :) aun tulog and pix-pix. and xa xobrang happy q ng GM aq (pero nde q na sinend x mga barkada q) how happy I am na kasama q cla & makakapag-getaway kami 1st time together!!! ^_^
When we reached Pundakit ramdam q ung excitement at the same time kaba ng mga barkada q since we need 2 ride a boat 1st, b4 we reach Anawangin Cove, xo I make sure na ayos ung pagkakakabit ng mga life vest nila...
While na xa boat I can't help my self lumabas nanaman pagiging adventurous q + the fact na na-miss q rin talaga ang Anawangin! Well, I guess u know me nmn na, na itong mga ganito tlga ang hobby ko... ang mag-beach at mamundok! xka nde lng din cguro aq mkapaniwala na gumala aq ng puro friends na ka-age q ang kasama q :) mostly kasi kasama q either friends ng brother or sister q or ung group namin sa mountaineering... after xo long ngaun lng ulit aq gagala ng nde kasama brother dear ko!
Nung nasa Anawangin Cove na kami sobrang na-disappoint aq, which my friends noticed... ibng iba na ung itsura nya since d 1st time na pumunta kami way back 2009... from a super remote/virgin island... ngaun marami ng nipa hut cottage, marami ng tindahan, may volleyball net, may fences, tarpaulins & flags, nadagdagan n rin yung rest rooms... :'( akala q nde na talaga q mag-eenjoy!
The 1st thing we did was assembling our tent, I immedietly get 2 tents 4 our group... had late lunch then ask them 2 have our photo shoot na... hahaha :D 1st kami lng mag-babarkada
then the whole gang came... (sobrang na-iilang ako, since nde nmn sila lahat kilala q & baka ma-artehan sila xkin) but I always loved 2 have a group pix. cause I find it happier & funnier & I just prayed na maging ok aq xknila!!!
Xa xobrang kaartehan q, nag-trekking kami ng naka-two piece aq, since I left my short xa cottage... (na-alala q agad, ung mga MM) the trail was easy compare xa mga usual na inaakyat nmin pero xobwang nagulat aq nung nkaramdam aq ng sobrang pagod O.o maybe because of mahabng lakad on the sea shore.
Still amazed w/ the beauty of Anawangin Cove, breathe taking!!! ^_^ mas lalo q 2loy gz2ng i-climb ang Mt. Pundakit w/ my MIDNIGHT MOUNTAINEERS!!! (**,)
After trekking, we went back to our cottage, then the bangkero's invited us 2 have snorkeling, very excited my friends said "Yes!" and since nag-luluto pa ang mga senior nurse, na-una na ang mga babies... again I secured my friends vest, then I asked them to sit in front of the boat (my favorite part of the boat, where I usually sit) para pix. q sila, but they were afraid to.
before we swim on a 12ft. deep ocean I again checked my friends life vest, at 1st mejo afraid ung iba pero I was happy to see them enjoying, swimming & snorkeling ^_^ after an hour I told them that we need 2 go back na, para makapag-snorkeling na din ung nxt batch... then Manong bangkero asked if we want to hang sa katig ng bangka... w/o hesitation we all said "YES!" xo kanya-kanya kaming pwesto, we were like monkey's hanging sa rope, until pina-andar na ung bangka...
wala pang ilang mins. narealize q n ung katangahan q... I was wearing tube style two piece & since I did not wear life vest nahuhubaran aq! xo I shouted "STOP!!! Manong pls STOP!!!" :/ pero ewan q ba xa mga bangkero nde mkaintindi as in 1 kamay nlng hawak q xa rope dahil hawak q n ung damit q, para nde malaglag pero ayw parin ihinto...xuper galit na galit na tlga q to d point na feeling q 200/100 na bp q!!! then saw my friends face they were xo mad na rin... we decided to sit nlng xa katig (parang banana boat style) but the others still prefered 2 hang... a min later the other group started 2 shout, pinapahinto na rin nila kasi napigtas na ung 2 taling kinakapitan nila... then mejo nag-panic kami nung nkabitiw si Hetty, since wala rin syang suot na life vest luckily she manage 2 swim din, after which they sit na rin xa katig... a min later ulit we saw Ruby nakabitiw din and naiwan xa dagat aun panic mode ulit kami... but since mga crazy people nga kami after evrything that had happened still we manage to enjoy & shout out loud while having our what we called "Extreme banana boat ride"!!! :D :D :D
When we go back 2 the island, the nxt batch told us 2 cook, but before we did... we 1st had our TIWALA LANG group pix. ^_^ ♥ ♥ ♥
After dinner, time for "socials" but since I don't drink maaga q umalis sa socials, me 2gdr w/ Mallows & Candy decided to lay down at the beach front/sea shore, nakatulog na kami until we heard na andun na din sa tabi ung iba... they continue their socials sa seashore... Since masarap na ung tulog namin xa shore, I choose 2 get our ground sheet para mas malaki ung sapin nmin... until I heard them shouting "Ram, gising na... hala si Sir Ram black out n"... wat duh!?!?! :/ then Mallows told me "Jeng, si Ram ayaw ma-gising" at 1st nde q pinansin, ayaw q xana puntahan ksi iinom-inom nde nmn pala kaya!... pero na-alala q Bespren ko pla un... hahaha :P xo aun nde q rin natiis, pag tingin q hala! wala ngang malay ang loko! GCS 3!!! :D binuhat sya ni Candy hanggang mdala x sheet nmin & since senglot na rin ung ibang barkada nmin... then we agreed na dun na kami matulog 8 mag-babarkada, tabi-tabi, sama-sama sa hirap at ginhawa (sweet!) ^_^
In the middle of our sleep biglang umulan! xo nataranta kami kasi ung mabait qng bespren ayaw prin gumising... until sumubsob na q xa buhangin dahil sa bigat nya!!! Candy & I carried him xa tent (ang gulo ng mga barkada q Lord, paano q ba sila naging barkada?!?! mga paxway!!!) :D we were about to sleep when Mallows asked me, "c Joanne kaya na saan?" we checked Joanne if she's ok, we saw her sleeping in d cottage, I put her a blanket, and before we sleep we make sure if every one is ok & safe na! (mas lalo q pa tuloy silang minahal, kasi lalo q napatunayan na mahal namin ang isa't isa & we care 4 each other... in times of kagipitan napatunayan q wlang mag-iiwanan xmin) ^___^
The next day, had our breakfast still ayaw naming mag-hiwa-hiwalay we ate by partners sharing in 1 plate,
we enjoyed swimming, even though umulan ng malakas still it didn't stop u,s instead we chose 2 play & swim under the rain, napagtripan pa nmin mag-body massage using the sands! :D pix taking ulit and we packed our things na, ready 4 island hopping... ^_^
1st stop Capones Lighthouse where in we need to swim 2 be able 2 reached the shore... some of my friends were afraid & didn't want to go na, but I explained 2 them na malapit lang yun and kayang-kaya nila kasi mababaw lng + nka vest nmn sila... nde lng makadaong ung boat kasi sasayad sa mga bato... then I was having a hard time thinking on how to bring my cam... I put it inside the trash bag and told Manong bangkero na itawid... super kabado pero naniniwala aq x mga bangkero na kaya nila itawid since un ung trabaho nila & alam q xanay na sila dun!!!
While going up xa lighthouse, they were afraid na naman kasi umuuga ung stairs xo I told them to walk on the left side part of the stairs & never to look down...
on our way back to the boat they were like a new born turtle kapit-kapit na sumasalubong xa malalakas na alon!!! hahaha :D (cute!) ...I know they were having a hard time going up 2 the lighthouse & swimming but I was xo proud that they passed through it!!!
On our way to Capones Island they were shouting at me to wear a life vest since I was sitting in front of the boat (hahaha...mga galit na sakin), but I explained 2 them na I'm enjoying & I know na nde aq mahuhulog kasi alam q naman na secure ung pwesto q & dat I always do dat whenever nag-boboat ride aq!
Indeed a xuper blast, touching & unforgetable getaway w/ all of them... looking forward 2 our next adventure guyz!!!
